HR Magazine’s Most Influential Thinkers is an annual list that celebrates the most influential players in the field of people strategy.

 We are delighted that Real World Group CEO, Juliette Alban-Metcalfe has made the prestigious list of 53 of HR’s most influential listing in the Top Ten at number 7.

The list includes people whose ideas and actions are shaping practices in HR, both in the UK and globally. First published in 2006, the HR Most Influential list is compiled by HR magazine’s editorial team in conjunction with expert panels of HR head-hunters, academics, NEDs and former HR directors, plus readers of HR magazine.

Now in its 15th year, HR Most Influential, in partnership with HireRight, recognises the HR practitioners and thinkers who go above and beyond the day job to advance the HR profession and share best practice with the wider HR community. Everyone on the shortlist is nominated by their peers, with ranking completed by HR magazine and Hult Ashridge Executive Education.

The UK Thinkers list comprises an impressive group of academics and consultants who constantly challenge HR while offering ideas that can easily be applied in the real world.
