New jewel of an article demonstrating the unique value of Real World Group’s diagnostics

The article, entitled, “Reliability of the leadership competencies and engaging leadership scale” describes new evidence of the impact of leader behaviour on employees’ wellbeing at work and positive attitudes to work. 

The data in the article come from real managers’ reports, focusing specifically on local government in this instance. As the Emerald abstract states, the value of this work is that, “Although a number of 360-tools are available, only in a small number of cases are their psychometric properties, particularly empirical evidence of their criterion and discriminant validity, reported”.
