The Culture Advantage: Engaging Leadership

The Center for Business as an Agent for World Benefit, based at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, is at the forefront of thinking and practise in enabling organisations to do well by doing good. Every year they host an international conference of leading OD practitioners both inside and consulting to organizations around the world. This year the theme is Flourish & Prosper and target issues include education, water, energy, health & wellbeing and the circular economy.
