Real World Group at CIPD Centenary Conference 2013

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development Northern Branch, who celebrated with their most impressive conference so far at York Racecourse on 6th & 7th June. Real World Group were invited to contribute to an exciting schedule of impressive speakers and OD specialists across industry around the theme of Positive People: From Welfare to Winning Strategies – The Next 100 Years. 

Founding Director, Professor Beverly Alimo-Metcalfe, was invited for the second year in a row to present a keynote on engaging leadership and related positive psychology findings, following a very positive response from delegates last year. In addition, Chief Executive, Juliette Alban-Metcalfe, was invited to run a workshop to provide the audience with the essential understanding of how to apply these approaches to maximise performance and employee wellbeing through tough times.
