Fleur Scott Joins Real World Group as Director of Consulting and Partnerships

We are delighted to announce that Fleur Scott has joined Real World Group as our Director of Consulting and Partnerships. Fleur is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and brings with her a wealth of consulting experience. Fleur began her career as an Occupational Psychologist working internally within an acute NHS Hospital Trust where she was responsible for a number of organisational change initiatives such as the achievement of the Improving Working Lives Practice Plus accreditation, the implementation of equality and diversity initiatives and the development of a unified approach to leadership development. Since then she has taken on a number of different consulting roles, most recently spending the last 6 years working as a Senior and then Managing Consultant at SHL (now CEB). During this time Fleur has built up a broad portfolio of experience working globally with different clients across all sectors and industries. Fleur has specific expertise in the areas of leadership development, assessment for selection (particularly executive assessment), competency design, workshop facilitation, assessment for redeployment and succession planning. 

Fleur will be primarily responsible for leading the Consulting side of the business here at Real World Group and also for the development of our Partner network.
