Leadership Development Programmes

We offer a range of programmes from Board to Strategic Leaders and Senior Leaders. All our programmes are bespoke so they are set in the context of your organisation.

They are designed for leaders across all disciplines in the organisation who want to explore and develop their leadership approach and improve effectiveness for themselves and their teams.

The programmes explore how we create sustainable high performance and high performing teams by creating cultures that liberate through intellectual capital, social capital and emotional capital. Leading to high levels of psychological safety, change readiness, resilience, collaboration, agility and adaptability and innovation

How will you benefit from our Programmes?
The programmes are made up of a combination of expert input, theory and  experiential learning. Each module is designed to leave participants with immediate actions they can take, reflections to build on their learning and resources for deeper self-directed learning for those who are particularly keen to explore a leadership area further.

Each participant will undertake a 360-degree feedback to understand their impact as a leader on both their immediate colleagues and the wider stakeholders they seek to influence. This will be accompanied by an expert-facilitated, 1-2-1 feedback session and a follow-up coaching session later in the programme

The Strategic Leaders Development Programme is a bespoke 6 month programme for senior leaders in an organisation. It is designed to enhance competence and confidence in a wide range of critical areas for being an effective leader today.

The Strategic Leaders Programme will be set in the context of your organisation and aligned to the vision, and plans. The programme will also underpinned by the core values of your organisation. The main structure of the programme is a series of one day modules which  will be held offsite to allow for full emersion in the learning experience.

The workshops will create time for participants to slow down from the frenetic day-to-day of the working day land focus on personal and career development that will support your organisational outcomes.

The programme is strongly evidence-based and will be facilitated by genuine specialists with many years’ experience and strong reputations for  their work.

The main module content is underpinned by a range of resources including:
