Real World Group Joins the EOE Collaborative DPS for Training & Development
At Real World Group, we’re excited to share some exciting news: we’ve been awarded a place on the East of England Collaborative’s Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Training and Development. It not only reflects the quality of our work, but it opens the door to deeper partnerships with organisations across a region we’ve long admired.
This opportunity allows us to support NHS teams, local authorities, and wider public‑sector partners with the kind of coaching and leadership development that genuinely shifts cultures, strengthens collaboration, and helps people thrive in complex systems.
The East of England is navigating a period of rapid change. Integrated care, workforce pressures, and the need for cross‑organisational collaboration are shaping a new landscape, one that demands leadership rooted in compassion, evidence, and shared purpose.
