Professional Affiliations and CPD: All consultants are supported to maintain active membership with key professional bodies, including the British Psychological Society (BPS), the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Professional Coaching Bodies such as the ICF, EMCC and AoC.

3. Quality Assurance and Reflective Practice: We embed reflective practice and knowledge sharing within our consultancy culture to drive continuous improvement.

4. Legislative and Ethical Compliance: All our consultants are cleared to Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), ensuring suitability for public sector work.
