Juliette Alban-Metcalfe, CEO of Real World Group, has been appointed as Adjunct Associate Professor of the Australian Centre for Sustainable Business and Development at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.

The chapter, entitled “Career Development and Appraisal” focuses on the range of formal and informal approaches to career development and appraisal that organisations and individuals undertake, with a particular focus on diversity, potential bias, and operating in the new business climate.
The article, entitled, “Reliability of the leadership competencies and engaging leadership scale” describes new evidence of the impact of leader behaviour on employees’ wellbeing at work and positive attitudes to work.
